Dennis qualifies 4th in Prema Qualifying clean sweep

Jake Dennis was fourth fastest in qualifying for the first of the European Formula 3 races at this weekend's Hockenheim finale as Prema locked out the front two rows.

Newly-crowned champion Felix Rosenqvist wrapped up pole with a 1m 31.771s lap while Prema stand-in Maximilian Gunther secured the other front row berth with a best lap that left him just under three-and-a-half tenths shy of the Swede.

Rookie Lance Stroll (+0.348s) leads the second row with team-mate Dennis (+0.387s) alongside.

Carlin's Antonio Giovinazzi (+0.718s) and Van Amersfoort's Charles Leclerc (+0.559s) - who are vying with Dennis to end the season as championship runner-up - qualified ninth and seventh respectively. The two drivers are currently second and third in the standings ahead of Dennis in fourth place.
